Our bathroom strip out services include everything you would expect. We remove all kinds of fittings and structures, including:
- Bathtubs
- Basins and vanity units
- Shower screens
- Floor and wall tiles
- Cupboards and storage units
- Fittings and fixtures,including electrical fittings
- Mirrors
- Ceilings
- Non-structural walls(or structural walls if you’re working with a licensed builder)
What we do
- We can cap off the water so you won’t need to get a plumber in.
- We minimise the mess involved in your strip out by putting down protection in advance. It’s not just plastic drop sheets. We plug drains with sponges to avoid anything going down them. We tape up doors to prevent dust escaping into other rooms, so you’re stripping out a bathroom only, that’s the only room which will get dirty.
- We plan demolition carefully so we can strip your bathroom efficiently and create as little mess as possible. We don’t just smash things, we deconstruct piece by piece. If there are fittings or other items you want to re-use, we can cater for that in our strip out process.
- Clean up is an essential part of any bathroom strip out. Not only do we ensure the bathroom (and other rooms ) are clean and ready for the construction part of your project, we also remove or organise removal of all your waste.
- Strip out is part of a larger project, and you can count on us to complete work when we say we will.
- We believe in detailed planning and proactive communication.We’ll always let the home owner or tenant know when we’re a arriving. We send an SMS message when we’re on the way, and if anything changes, we keep everyone updated.
